1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Closing Clients Group (“CCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CCG provides access to a private online membership group hosted on Slack, along with tools, coaching, resources, and services tailored to agency owners for improving their B2B sales and lead generation.

● Upon purchase, you will receive an automated Slack invite to access the group workspace at closingclientsgroup.slack.com.

● Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure you receive the Slack invite and gain access to the group. If you do not receive the invite, you must immediately contact sean@closingclientsgroup.com for assistance.

● Failure to take action to resolve access issues does not qualify you for a refund.

As part of providing these services, CCG reserves the right to access and review Slack workspace data for operational purposes, including but not limited to:

● Monitoring compliance with community guidelines and ensuring appropriate conduct

● Resolving disputes or issues arising within the workspace

● Improving member experience and tailoring resources based on engagement patterns.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access our services, you must:

● Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

● Safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

CCG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment, Billing, and Cancellations

4.1 Payment Terms

● All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

● By purchasing, you agree to a recurring subscription and authorise us to charge the payment method on file.

4.2 Cancellations

● Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription through your dashboard: dashboard.closingclientsgroup.com.

● Email Confirmation Required: To confirm cancellation, you must email us at sean@closingclientsgroup.com.

● If you fail to email us to confirm cancellation, your subscription may remain active, and you will continue to be charged.

● Failure to confirm cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

4.3 Chargebacks andDisputes

●     Contact Us First: By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly agree that you will not file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

●     Chargebacks will be contested witht he following evidence:

● Dashboard logs showing subscription status and cancellation history.

● Email correspondence confirming the absence of cancellation requests.

● Stripe payment history and timestamps of renewal charges.

● If a chargeback is successfully disputed, you will not be eligible for a refund or further access to our services.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Refund Policy.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:

● If you cancel your subscription through the dashboard and confirm cancellation via email to sean@closingclientsgroup.com before the renewal date but are still charged, you must provide the following as evidence:

1. A screenshot showing the cancellation confirmation from the dashboard (with a visible timestamp).

2. A copy of the email confirmation sent to us prior to the renewal date.

● Once we verify that:

1. Your cancellation occurred before the renewal date, and

2. The above evidence has been provided,

We will process a refund for the overcharge within 7 business days.

Important Notes:

● Failure to provide the required evidence will void eligibility for a refund.

● If you do not confirm your cancellation via email, your subscription may remain active, and you may continue to be charged.

● Filing a chargeback or dispute before contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. Any chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will be disputed, and you for feit eligibility for any refund.

6. Access to the Slack Workspace

● Upon purchase, an automated invite to the Slack workspace will be sent to the email used at checkout.

● You can also access the workspace directly at closingclientsgroup.slack.com if you experience issues with the invite.

● If you fail to access the workspace due to invite issues, you must contact sean@closingclientsgroup.com immediately.

As Slack serves as the primary platform for delivering Closing Clients Group services, all interactions and data within the workspace are considered essential to your membership. Workspace data may be accessed to ensure compliance with community guidelines, resolve disputes, and improve member experience.

Important:

● Failure to take action to gain access does not constitute grounds for a refund.

● By agreeing to these Terms, you accept full responsibility for ensuring access.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

● Share your account credentials or any resources provided within CCG.

● Harass, spam, or engage in inappropriate behaviour within the Slack workspace.

● Use or distribute any CCG content without prior written permission.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, content, and resources provided by CCG are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

CCG’s services, resources, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

● CCG shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Data Privacy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and process your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “LastUpdated” date. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Data Access and Usage


CCG reserves the right to access and analyse Slack workspace data to ensure compliance with these Terms, resolve disputes, and improve the quality of services.

● By joining the workspace, you agree that your messages, interactions, and activities within the workspace may be reviewed by authorised personnel of Closing Clients Group for these purposes.

● All data access will adhere to our Privacy Policy, ensuring your personal information is protected and used solely for operational purposes.

By completing your purchase, you:

● Confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
